ROLE - Customer Service Associate


As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers


Salary: 202000 to 288600 LPA/-

4. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards

5. Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers

6. Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately

7. Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer

8. Good typing skills
